EXPLORING
YOUR FUTURE STARTS HERE.
Exploring is a career-focused program for young men and women that turns curiosity about the future into hands-on experience. Through career-based Clubs and Posts, Explorers connect with professionals, discover different career paths, and experience what it is really like to work in fields that interest them. From healthcare and engineering to aviation, public safety, business, science, and technology, Exploring helps young people discover possibilities and make more informed decisions about their future.
Explore Careers That Interest You
Exploring connects your interests with real-world career experiences. Explore a field you already have in mind or discover opportunities you may never have considered. Through hands-on activities, workplace experiences, and interaction with professionals, Explorers gain a closer look at careers while developing knowledge and practical skills that can help shape their next steps.
Learn From the Professionals
Exploring goes beyond reading about careers by connecting young people directly with professionals working in the fields that interest them. Posts are based at businesses and community organizations, where experienced professionals share their knowledge and provide opportunities for hands-on learning. Explorers can ask questions, build professional connections, and gain a firsthand perspective on the education, skills, and experiences different careers require.
