SEND SAFELY
Submit Sensitive Documents Securely
The Atlanta Area Council has partnered with SendSafely to provide adult volunteers with a secure way to submit documents containing sensitive or confidential information.
Whether you're submitting membership applications, Annual Health and Medical Records, or other documents containing personal information, SendSafely offers an encrypted method for transferring materials to the Council.

A Secure Way to Share Information
SendSafely uses OpenPGP encryption with AES-256 to help protect documents and sensitive information during the submission process.
Instead of sending sensitive documents through regular email, volunteers can use the Atlanta Area Council's secure SendSafely portal to upload files directly.

How to Submit Your Documents
Step 1: Access the Secure Portal
Click the Submit Documents Securely button below to open the Atlanta Area Council's SendSafely portal. Enter your email address to begin.
Step 2: Verify Your Email Address
Check your email for a verification code from SendSafely. Enter the code when prompted to confirm your email address.
Step 3: Upload Your Documents
Attach the documents you need to submit. You may also include an encrypted message with additional information or instructions. When you're ready, click Submit.
Step 4: Receive Confirmation
After successfully submitting your documents, SendSafely will display a confirmation and send an email notification. You can use the confirmation information to reference your submission.
Important: Use the secure SendSafely portal when submitting documents containing personal or confidential information. Do not send sensitive documents as regular email attachments unless specifically directed by the Atlanta Area Council.
